Tai Chi Chuan Tip.

When performing your tai chi form “DO NOT” Drag your feet to drag ones foot is called double weight. Pick them up and place them down, when moving forward place your foot down heel than toe, moving back place your foot down toe than heel. If you watch the professor film you will see he never moves his foot more than an inch from the floor and he would never drag his feet.Stravage NYC 2007@
