I base this Posture List on my research using two books One that I have used for the past 27 years. And the other I started using in 1986 six years after the start of my T’ai-chi training.

1. T’ai-Chi The “Supreme Ultimate” Exercise for Health, Sport, and Self-Defense by Cheng Man-ch’ing and Robert W. Smith (The Book hardcover 19th printing 1979) I started T’ai-chi 1980.

2. The Second book is Compiled and translated by Douglas Wile and was a translation in part from his Thirteen Chapters. Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s Advanced T’ai-Chi Forms Instructions.

Based on My Research there are 60 Major Moves within the Professors 37 Postures.

Unless someone in internet land shows me otherwise
